| Course Description |
Module I: Covers the requirements and objectives of Project Management Professional Certification of Project management Institute. Project Management Body of Knowledge comprises an exhaustive study of all aspects of project management and will be covered in this program.
Module II An intensive study of lifecycle project development in the n-tier client server, e-commerce. this includes an understanding of all the technologies involved, components of development and migration issues and transfer of knowledge in a software project lifecycle.
Module III Management of offshore projects requires skill set beyond the traditional paradigm. This part of training gives a clear understanding of components that may be ousourced and a project manager's role.
