ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt(#Pck102)

Course Objectives

The Six Sigma Green Belt is a paraprofessional, who in support of or under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt, analyzes and solves quality problems and is involved in quality improvement projects. A Six Sigma Green Belt is someone with at least three years of work experience who wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes.

Duration: 5 weeks (Accelerated 5 Full Days)

Pre-Requisites
Experience in Quality.

Course Description
The program will cover all the objectives of American Society for Quality Six Sigma Green Belt. The participants will understand team dynamics and assign team member roles and responsibilities. Such professionals will have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
